Renting the Myrna Noyes Community Hall

- Non-Residents $300 per day/event

- up to 3 hours = $40.00
- a half day (3 to 6 hours) = $75.00
- and a full day (up to 24 hours) = $150.00

Location: 63 Lakeshore Drive
- fill out, date and sign the hall contract;
- 2 cheques please - $150/$300 for rental and $350 damage deposit; please fill out sign and date the attached form; cheques made out to the summer village of sandy beach;
- insurance; copy from your provider for event including children see above PAL Canada;
- REMEMBER: ALL renters must provide a special event insurance liability copy for your event of $5 million in damages: Pal Canada insurance specializes in all types of event insurance including liquor requirements. Contact: 1-800-661-1608 or their website www.palcanada.com The key to the hall will not be issued unless the certificate and paid copy of insurance is provided.
- liquor license; apply for one time event license online;
- food licenses; Jennifer.Fearnehough@albertahealthservices.ca if you are preparing hot food;
- if you do not clean up, mop, store garbage and clean and pack tables and chairs the deposit will be kept;
- the water pump must be switched off and heat returned to 15 degrees;
- the hall opens at 8am and close at 11.30pm - the key has to be returned on the Monday after and can be dropped in stainless steel mailbox way to right at mailboxes at store as you view it from the hall across road;
