- 3 members FCSS Committee required: Please email office directly if applying for the 3 outstanding positions.
- 3 members Fire Smart Committee (Michael Harney - elected official); Public Members: Aubrey Loschuk and Clayton Hannah.
- 3 members Beautification Committee - flower pots May to Sept - VACANT all 3 positions.
- Emergency Management - BLOCK CAPTAINS: If there is any designated volunteers or group within the village that would consider meeting to discuss a block captain group for support in the case of an emergency or evacuation please email the office directly.

The Village wishes Elaine Guy well with her future endeavors and thank her for her enormous contribution to Sandy Beach over the last 18 months in a public works and DEM capacity. Thank you Elaine. The Village also welcomes Devin Patterson as the new Public Works Assistant and wish him well in his position. The Village also welcomes Diane Wannamaker as Director of Emergency Management.
