Please note that invoices, property liens and other mail related items could be delayed - in some instances for example Land Title items: email or virtual business is not possible and it should be waited out. DON'T mail cheque payments to the Village but rather pay by Interac email to svsandyb@xplornet.ca
The Village has nothing to do with delayed mail whatsoever. Do NOT drop your mail in the Village stainless steel mailbox - the Village will NOT forward it nor will we put it in the postal boxes.
Thanks for your patience and understanding and remember to seek alternative methods of business.
Our next cheque run is Nov 27 at 10.30am and if you are close and know you have a cheque to be mailed feel free to drop in at the office at 1208A Highway 642 and pick up your cheque with Finance - strictly between 10.30am and 11am on Nov 27 ONLY - no exceptions.
